Dear Old Header,

I like to start my letters to you as if we are old friends. I miss you already. Here is what I miss most:

1. You were green. Not just green, but GREEN (my favorite color).

2. I swear I can see a squirrel in the dark patch on the lower right side (my right, not yours)

3. The tracks running through you are not mud pits as they first appear. They are just plants that got squished and muddy. They aren't dead though, and for some reason I think that is kind of comical. Clever plants in disguise

Well, that's really all I had to say to you.

Cali, do you remember when Marilla says that Anne with an "e" could talk the hind leg off a mule? If Marilla had met you, do you know what I think she would say? I think she would say, "That girl can make a great letter out of a mud path." You have a unique and wonderful way of seeing and telling and writing.

Cali - I do love your new header - it's a fantastic picture. It's a good enough picture to endure the letter to the old header - althouh goodbyes are often heartwrenching, at least you have solace in the fact that you've already found somebody else, and while not necessarily better, a great fit in it's own right. So long, old header, it's been fun, but I've found somebody else . . .

Cali, I to do love your "old" header, but the new one is just as awesome. It looks like a lake by my house. Speaking of my house, I have my futon ready with your name (and Alta's) on it.

Once again I am laughing my pannies off! Cali, you gotta write books, or a humor column or somethin! I was wanting to know where the picture came from....did you take it? Where in the universe is that "Garden of Eden"? Certainly not anywhere in Arizona! It is absolutely breathtaking! And where did you get the pic on your new header? Did you take that one and where is the location? Sure miss all your family.......HUGS AND KISSES ♥
