Today

Levin wanted to practice taking his senior pictures today.  I kindly reminded him that he won't be a senior for 17 more years.  "Practice makes perfect," he said.



And indeed it does.

I don't know if you can see the tears under his eye, but let's just say I was picking my battles at this point.

Also note he is wearing his pajamas.  That's because he is in bed now and it's only 7:00pm.

Oh, I'm so glad you posted these. I would love to be there in the battle with you.

I love his curled toes in 11:00 am.

Ohhhh, you're a morning baby bather. Hooray. Or are you an overachiever that does both and makes the rest of us look bad? Battle days are hard, but I'm glad you shared it.

my kids have a 7pm bedtime everynight. I have learned that by 7:30 pm our house is not a pleasant place to be so we make sure all kiddos are tucked in by then!! Hopefully you have a better day today! at least that boy is ADORABLE so it helps a little on those battle days!
